  • Long-Term Land Lease 48 plus 48 automatic renewal. 
  • Approved lot ready to build a 60,000 sq.ft Hotel with 113 keys by an International Flag with an LOI flag executed just recently.
  • Utilities and improvement all in to curb
  • Three pads approved and a Dunking Donuts already built and operating at $60K / year
