I am very skilled at accessing and negotiating deals and as such i am inundated with deal opportunities of varying types. I am seeking a ready source of finance so i can take advantage of those opportunities. I focus on short term investor to long term investor flips. 50% of the the time i have an end buyer in place.

I work in New York City and in South Florida. i know both markets well. i am open to JV format or Hard Money format.
