Herein is the funding overview for projects in need of funds
below is a generic example of what is available through a funding source I know
Funding Amount: $1.5 Million
Terms: Anticipated - debt / equity blend. Example: if 10% equity
then 90% of funded amount to be repaid; If 20% equity, then 80% of
funded amount to be repaid; etc...
Interest rate assessed on loan amount: not to exceed 4.5%
Amortization: Up to 15-20 years on real estate portion; up to 10
years on business operating expenses, expansion, and M&A activity.
Payment Deferment (option): up to 24 months while real estate
property is being constructed and or acquisitions completed.
Terms: Full recourse, with no personal guarantee.
Collateral: Project, assets, inventory, receivables, etc.
Additional / Miscellaneous: 10% of funding request ($150k) to be
positioned in escrow account as interest and payment reserves. Funds
can be returned after 13 months from date deposited into escrow /
collateral trust account.
Documents needed for submission:
a) Client Information Sheet, with color copy of primary signatory
passport information.
b) Copy of company registration and certificate of good standing, if
established entity.
c) Proof of funds for escrow deposit - most recent bank statement or
tear sheet showing funds available.
d) Project Summary (Executive Summary with profile of key principals
involved) along with 5 year proforma.
