Hello! I am a residential mortgage lender representing CMG Home Loans (NMLS 1820). I have a unique, proprietary loan at my company that is an amazing financial tool for well qualified borrowers. The loan can be utilized for a purchase or refinance for any residential (1-4 units) primary residence, second home, or investment property.

The loan is a first position, 30-year draw HELOC combined with a checking account.
