Hi everyone. We have 100% financing available for your investment projects!  This is not limited to just real estate. This is a bond program, and the minimum loan is 10 million. We do not have any upfront fees to review your project.  And, if anyone ever asks you for that, please run!  As fast as you can. I can not tell you how many horror stories I've heard lately of people getting ripped off. It's heart breaking.

Back to the bond program. The usual turn around time to fund is 90 to 120 days.  We do have an underwriting fee of $7,000.00 per million, capped @ 140K. We are giving you a check for one lump sum of money, we have to do our due diligence and it takes time. If you're looking to fund in 30 days this is not your program. In terms of qualifying, the project needs to support the debt service. Plain and simple.
