Have home under contract for $145,000 Have private loan for $115,000 need $30,000 to do deal. Home comps at $215,000 have pic and comps have a lot sold yesterday will get $50,000 next month. Can use this to pay off loan email 2gtmkathy@gmail.com will send comps
