Looking for an investor--Land
I was left at the altar by an investor, it happens to everyone
I am looking to secure a $500,000 loan, secured by a 50 acre parcel of land---free and clear in Pennsylvania. the land is zoned multi use. the most recent assessment opines the value at $1.4875 million.
short tem loan, can anyone help?
