Partners Capital Solutions Hospitality Fund provides bridge loans on hotels located in the top MSA’s in the Western United States.  Our focus is on lending to experienced operators whose collateral will be branded and independent limited service, select service and extended stay hotels, although a strong operator with a full service hotel will be considered on a case by case basis. Loan amounts will typically range from $2.5 million to $7.5 million.
