Can you please send me some more information on your company and yourself, I'm looking to purchase and Rehab a home that i would like to make a bid on here in my home state of CT. I'm looking for 100% Funding and 12 months loan with no early Penalties and no fee's will pay back the whole loan when the home is sold and the interest and fee and points would be in this loan.
