- I am in the process of forming a new company where it will acquire real estate for rental income purposes. 2-4 family residences and maybe more are the properties of interest as well as occasional mixed use buildings. A single family home is OK as long as it is a fix and flip. Company not yet formed, but will be soon. I need to see if funding is possible for a brand new start up.
