Archangel Sword Incorporated

Helping becomes the passion of the Edrosolo Family. This is by providing low cost lots to the poor & middle class persons through the Community Mortgage Program of the Philippine Government. Thru this program, we (Archangel Sword Incorporated) as Organizer, acquire certain parcel of private land and subdivide it into smaller lots to be availed by the incoming beneficiaries and with the consent of the Lot Owner, incoming beneficiaries will construct their houses and will be registered to Housing and Land Usage Regulatory Board (HLURB) to become a legitimate Home Owners Association. Then the said property will be engaged to the Community Mortgage Program in which beneficiaries will apply for a loan to the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) which will be the one that will pay the lot being occupied.
The first pilot project was the KADARAG –AN Inc. located at Libis, Bagbaguin, Caloocan City. The said lot is composed of 56 beneficiaries. The second is the Victory Ville Home Owners Association. Organized last September 2006, which is composed of 116 beneficiaries located at Caybiga, Caloocan City Manila. The owner of the lot being occupied on this 2nd project was now paid by the SHFC. Another project is Victory Ville II Home Owners Ass. Inc. Composed of 113 beneficiaries, located at Stockholmes St. Vista Verde Llano, Caloocan City. This project is now also engaged in the CMP and has currently finished Backgound Investigation, Facilitated by the SHFC.In 2008, more projects have come to the Archangel Sword Inc.To start with, The Archangel Sword Homeowners Association I in Pearl Island was released and still on-going with 611 beneficiaries.The Archangel Sword HOA II in the Martinez Property is another project located in Ulingan with 382 beneficiaries.It is then followed by Archangel Sword HOA 111 is in Dalag property with 95 beneficiaries and still on going.Lastly, the first in a province was located in Ilo-ilo Archangel Sword HOA I with 193 beneficiaries.
Transparency, Fairness, Concern for our fellow is one that we believe in Archangel Sword Inc. Both the incoming beneficiaries & the Lot Owner will benefit in this project and at the same time through this, we can reduce squatters in our country.
