We are currently applying for our business license and are delving into creative real estate investing. My partner has worked in construction for 20 years and I worked in the back end of real estate doing closings, title searches, and title commitments for 10 years. WE both understand the critical process and possess the imperative skills to determine profitability of properties, accurately determine rehab costs, calculate finance costs, and marketing and selling of homes. We are also able to present exit strategies so lenders are aware that we will always make sure they are paid and their profit is substantial as agreed, after all, we have a combined experience in real estate of 30 years! We may be new to this particular angle of real estate but we have the perception and creativity it takes to thrive in this market.
