Company name and description: CENTENNIAL LENDING LLC is a credit union service organization owned by 13 credit unions in Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska. We originate, underwrite and service commercial mortgages in these three states and have a portfolio of over $900 million. Centennial offers loans on office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties in the "small balance" range from $50,000 to $10 million and our rates are mid 4's. Products are 5,7,10 and 15 year fixed rates and NEW CONSTRUCTION. We alsio finance 1 to 4 unit rental properties for our own portfolio. We service all of these originationsd for our 13 credit union owners and over 100 participating credit unions. Although are rates are fixed they carry a no prepayment penalties.
