The way we set up the project is more like a typical business, as we are seeking 50% of the budget, $12.5 million, and we are all set to begin filming in Louisiana as soon as financing is secured. Louisiana has 35% tax incentive estimated at $8 million which we will use as partial collateral We are offering 50% equity participation and 25% ROI
