In 2006, Econohomes started buying and selling affordable properties priced under $100,000 to buyers who were unable to obtain traditional home loans. Visio Financial Services is now bringing this same expertise and flexible financing options beyond just Econohomes. In 2013, Visio Financial Services began offering financing on properties in our home state of Texas and quickly grew to include more and more states.
