- We are building a portfolio of multifamily properties. We only buy if the property is below perceived market value and are already cash flowing at a true 9 - 10% cap. And, of course with some opportunity to add value. Looking between 100+ units, approx. We only use professional property management to look after the assets. Looking for good funding options to expand exponentially and take advantage of current market conditions. There are a lot of good multifamily deals out there.
