conventional & creative financing; short to long term funding, depending on project; non-recourse funding [asset based] . Mostly done with equity partners/private lenders, providing investment partners with double digit returns.
How so ??? Because the key lies in our strategy, namely acquiring DISTRESSED, DISCOUNTED, FORECLOSURES with adequate margins to which we ADD VALUE by rehabbing, upgrading, tenanting [as needed]& then holding or re-selling.
Multi-family units [ESPECIALLY 50-300 units] with solid income-streams, & suitable funding/loan are of particular ongoing interest. What funding options do you provide ??? Though we are Los Angeles based, our investment playing field is USA/countrywide - primarily midwest & southern states - where there are ADEQUATE MARGINS.
