We are an I.R.S. designated 501 ( C ) 3 non profit Tax Exempt Community Housing Development group, housing low to moderate income families, and developing supportive housing facilities for elderly and disable low income Renters. Our facilities are scattered site, in smaller affordable normalized neighborhood properties. We are removing low income elderly and disable from institutionalized type housing.
