each house will sell below 100,000 each with the lot please send me an email on what you can do ive been a builder and developer for 50yrs and I'm going to do these on a 22 acre trac that will hold approx. 40 houses thanks Roger the totals are preliminary will need financing for development and for each house as they are built, will be paid off as each unit is sold
