I would like to introduce myself as an executive with more than 15 years of experience managing Consumer/Retail, Conventional & Islamic Banking sales expert with cross functional /product/ geographical, currently holds position of ‘Head of Business Development and Distribution’ at Green Cherry Solutions since Jul-2011. General management experience in running a country with a cross section of business lines including Consumer (Housing Finance, Auto Finance, Credit Cards, Personal Installment Loan, Balance Transfer Facility and Bank Assurance), Retail, Consumer and Insurance is phenomenal. This could be evidenced from 1999, when I was the first individual hired by Royal Bank of Scotland (formerly ABN AMRO Bank) to launch Consumer Business in Pakistan. Being the founding member not only did I lay the first brick, also managed business with zero Net Credit Loss as National Sales Manager. I had commenced my career from EFU Life Assurance in Apr-95 as Sales Executive and also worked for Citibank, First International Investment Bank, Trust Investment Bank and Anchor Finance Group (USA Based consulting Group), where I was mainly responsible for developing Business Plan and implementing strategies. Prior to Green Cherry, I was associated with AlBaraka Bank (Pakistan) Limited Sharia’h compliant bank as Senior Vice President - Head of Consumer Finance and managing sales and distribution network countrywide.
The Green Cherry, SMP Consulting is developed to implement a robust Sales, Sales management and distribution process that drive higher staff productivity, learning and motivation, greater client satisfaction and higher revenues for the organization with new ventures and innovative concept. Creating opportunities to cross sell one industry products in to another client as Telecommunication, Insurance, Internet Services provider, Pharmaceuticals and retail outlets. We endeavor to identify customer needs & provide value adding solutions.
Well aware about the life insurance business and actively participated in bank related insurance and Takaful Business. Green Cherry working as strategic partner of EFU life Assurance to generate new business and market, Especially in Telecommunication and banking sector.
