- At Del Rey Real Estate Solutions we buy, rehab and sell distressed SFRs and MFRs. Our overall investment objective is to revitalize distressed real estate in stable, "bread and butter" markets. Our criteria are strong cashflow, immediate equity and long‐term return. Many of our properties are focused on placing renters who receive housing assistance funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), sometimes referred to as Section 8. We are seeking funding to expand our portfolio base with new properties by acquiring them at lowest possible cost, rehabbing them fast, and getting them approved for tenants quickly.
