That's correct - whether you want to buy 5 houses or more at once or an apartment building with 5 or more units, we can finance up to 75% LTV with 680 credit or better with rates of 5.75-6.5% range. DO YOU WANT TO WORK WITH AN ESTABLISHED BANKING INSTITUTION AND GET 90% FINANCING?

That's correct. In addition to my 100% funding sources, I have a direct relationship with a major banking group that will fund large projects up to 90%. There are NO Points to the lender and rates are in the 4-5% range for 25 or 30 year amortization. It doesn't get much better than this.
