My company, Tristate Property Solutions, LLC, Is looking for financial partners for rehab projects.

We find the properties, negotiate purchase, attend closings, manage any contractors, perform some of the repairs and work with our real estate agent to sell the property. You ,the financial partner, will provide proof of funds letters, and funds to purchase and rehab the property.

Property type - Distressed SFR with an ARV of $150,000 and above.
