Before joining The Melt, his experience includes serving as Vice President of Retail for Holladay Properties; $2B mixed use developer, development management for Sterling Jewelers; the world’s leading jewelry company, Starbucks Coffee Company, Bob Evans Restaurants, and Gordon Food Service; throughout the US and Canada. Lake also founded a real estate asset management and development company, ELP Development; responsible for a portfolio exceeding $550M. Lake has a unique ability to garner support from executive leadership, investors, developers, tenants and municipalities to bring projects to fruition. He has passion for leadership and the art of unleashing possibilities and potential.
Lake is an active member of ICSC, Boys and Girls Club of America, the Children’s Heart Foundation, Theil Fellowship, and serves on the board of the Lindstrom Foundation. Lake is novice painter and among his vices are cigars and Zinfandel.
