We are versed on the various housing waiver programs that assist those in hardship. These programs currently help persons with disability, disabled veterans, senior housing etc.

Our project will start in 4 of New York's major Burroughs; Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island as well as Long Island. We will consult and partner with private investors and deliver turnkey 90 to 95% occupancy multi family properties with excellent property management in place with equity in place. This project will enhance the lives of many people in New York and eventually on a national level.
