It started in 1988 after a friend decided to downsize through an auction. After listening to the “chant” of a very skilled and professional Auctioneer, I decided then and there to begin my auction journey.

25 years later I have personally conducted or participated in thousands of auctions, including;
Foreclosures * REO * Bankruptcy and Trustee Auctions * Commercial and Residential portfolios * Hotels and Apartments * Professional Benefit auctions.

These years of sales have allowed me to gain a high level of auction expertise, transaction experience and service excellence in the industry.

Located in the Oklahoma City area, I serve as a Broker Associate for Ameribid LLC, a Tulsa based company, where we sell Commercial properties and Residential portfolios all across the country.

Also, through Whitey Mason Auctions, we conduct professional Benefit Fundraisers with fresh and exciting ideas.

Our goal is to represent all clients with total integrity and transparency using the most modern strategies available in the auction industry.

I hold a CAI designation earned through a three year training program at the Certified Auctioneers Institute at the Indiana University. Less than 2% of all Auctioneers hold this designation.

At CAI, we learn to serve our clients in the best possible way by becoming and networking with the best in the industry.

I am an active member of the National Auctioneers Association as well as the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association. Through ongoing education and training we are continue to help our clients increase their potential through the auction method of marketing.

Recent career highlights include:
* Selling a multifamily property for $5,800,000,
* Selling a full service car wash and detail center for $5,825,000
* Several portfolio campaigns with total sales exceeding $30,000,000
* Selling several million dollar commercial properties

Upon graduation at CAI, I was awarded the prestigious Pat Massart Leadership Award, voted on from fellow NAA classmates throughout a three year training program held at the Indiana University every spring.

I hold an Oklahoma and Kansas Real Estate Broker’s license as well as multiple State Auction licenses.

Professional accomplishments include:
* 2011 Oklahoma State Champion Auctioneer
* Top 10 finalist at the International Auctioneers Championship hosted by the NAA
* Two time top 10 finalist at the World Automobile Auction Championship
* Auction committee member for the Muscular Dystrophy Association of OKC
* Chairman of the CAI recruiting committee for the NAA
* CAI Class Adviser and staff member
* NAA Ambassador for the State of Oklahoma
* Judge for the Kansas and Texas Auction Championships
* Two-term President and board member of the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association

With complete dedication to the auction process, I continue my training and education by attending several conferences and industry classes, and competing in National and World competitions in the Auction and Real Estate industry.
