-Fox Property Solutions specializes in purchasing notes on commercial and high end residential real estate that are in negative equity positions. In some cases these property owners may be facing default situations. We have been very successful in purchasing these notes at a discount from their current principal balance low enough to meet the LTV requirements of many long term lenders. We use private capital to purchase the notes at a discount and work with the property owners to find a new traditional lender to refinance them out with long a term lending programs at a much lower principal amount. We are able and willing to look at any sized deal in the commercial and high end residential nonconforming market. We also broker debt and equity capital deals across the United States for real estate and technology based needs.
