Company name and description: I am in the business of flipping houses in PA, NJ, DE, and MD. I have deals in place and need a RELIABLE partner/company to fund them. I also need the company/partner who offers the option to fix & flip and fix & hold. Owner occupied & non- owner occupied options would be great as well.

I am looking for funding for fix & hold and fix & flip opportunities. Example: if I wanted to buy, renovate, and hold an apartment building/duplex/triplex.….If I wanted to build an apartment complex or building.....if I wanted to purchase and hold a store with apartments attached.....could you provide the funding to accommodate my request? Do you offer bridge funding? Do you offer stated income loans? Stated income loans are preferred over any other loan.

I need an investor and/or hard money lender that can pretty much fund any deal I bring their way, as long as its profitable for all parties involved. I need an investor and/or hard money lender that is all about the deal itself.
