During my 8 years of experience as a mortgage professional, I have been involved with over 500 million dollars in funded loans. I have experienced many mortgage trends. I have helped secure financing for first time buyers, high net worth borrowers, salaried borrowers and self employed borrowers all of who needed unique and customized solutions.
Having the ability as a Direct Lender with Southeast Mortgage I am able to do all Processing, Underwriting, and Closing in-house. I have the ability to go from Contract to Close in 8 Days! That is unheard of in today's real estate and mortgage market!
I am fortunate to be raising a family in Atlanta, GA. Providing mortgage advice to people who work and live along side myself, my wife and baby son brings me great satisfaction. I pride myself on building my business on referrals and therefore maintaining these relationships with integrity is my highest priority.
