I have been a real estate investor, land developer and home builder for over 35 years. Recently I have been focusing on solutions for clients who are "underwater" on their homes. In many cases I may be able to provide a solution for them to stay in their home or if they chose to "move on" and get on with their lives, I also may have a solution for that client.
