Held a seat on those boards regarding loan approvals. 25 years experience over seeing Dailey Operations and Analyzing originations of all new loans, compliance and secondary market sales for Commercial, Bridge, Construction, Hard Money, Residential, Debt & Equity Loans and arranged for Hi-Net worth Individuals, Corporations and Investors in the private sector. Personally managed and supervised the servicing of $500 million loan portfolio, consisting of the above mentioned originations and their exit strategy, and then re-invested to maintain an average manageable of growth of new originations of loans.
