Company name and description: Grand River REI Inc
Real estate investment company focusing on Rent to Own,or as we have begun to term it, Residential Lease Purchase. We will pre-qualify clients who are unable to secure conventional mortgage financing presently using a very conservative criteria. We establish a house purchase amount for the client by reviewing their income, debt/credit ratios, confirmation of employment, and Credit bureau review by a mortgage broker who understands our requirements and parameters. We will purchase a home for the client in a market that has been researched to show good and sound economic fundamentals coupled with a strong forecast of economic growth. Homes we purchase for our clients will not exceed 3.5 times gross family income and terms will not exceed 5 years. Most of our clients to date are in 2-3 year terms.
