Our company connects the 50% of people who are unable to sell their homes or need to sell fast with the 80% of home buyers with minor credit issues and are not quite able to qualify for conventional financing. Our team includes loan servicing as well as credit repair professionals to insure our home buyers can be successful homeowners.
Our company has been helping families since 1992. Our investors receive 6-12% interest. Banks can't do this!
The “Solutions” team meets with the sellers and provides a variety of options to solve their real estate problem. The seller then chooses which option will work best for their needs. There is no pressure and our customers truly feel that we have come to their rescue! We then find the buyer that matches that particular scenario and are able to provide them a buying solution that works for their exact situation. It is “win-win” for everyone involved.
Our loan servicing team provides state-of-the-art servicing software and unsurpassed industry experience which, together, makes us unique in the industry.
We have a super tech team in the process of building a brand new website to connect us with the buyers and sellers, and help educate them on our processes. We also have automated searches in motion to find buyers and sellers.
Did you know? The banks are still holding back a large percentage of foreclosed properties. There has been an extremely slow release for the last 8 years now the inventory has stacked up. Our aim is to purchase some of these properties to help struggling homeowners, and do the remodeling necessary to get our buyers and tenants moved in quickly, while maximizing profits for our investors.
That brings me to our rehab team. Our team of licensed contractors are able to do quality work, efficiently and cost effectively.
Last but not least, our Title Company and closing team are second to none. They are able to close quickly.
