Hi again, Frank - I wanted to get back to you, as I told you I'd try to refer you to another lender.  Unfortunately, no one in my immediate group has owner-occupied as part of their lending criteria.  Each of them also has a network, and has told me they would float an owner-occ at 135.6K in Linden, NJ by those in their group.  Perhaps they'll be able to provide a lender for your builder.  Owner-occupied is often a sticking point, as it means longer term and more safeguards for the borrower.  If I hear something back, I'll be sure to let you know.
