My name is James L Kendrick I am and investor in Rochester, NY I buy single family home for rental and flips. I am looking for more funding sources the local PML do a few deals then they are tapped out and need to wait before they can do another deal. I like to try and do a couple deals a month so I need more lenders. I have three properties that all got excepted in the same week Now only one is covered I gave the flip away and I am trying to find funds for one of the two rentals.
I need 55k for that one, purchase price is 48k needs paint and carpet and bathroom updates. It will rent for 1,000 a month

The lender just emailed me last night that he wants pass on this now and wait awhile before he does any more I have two others with him one flip for 259k and one rental for 80k so I can't get upset.
