My partner and I own this small LLC. We are not a real estate company even though the name suggests we are. We began to wholesale and rehab residential property on the Gulf Coast in Alabama last year. I am looking for funding to rehab more properties. I currently market for distressed properties or foreclosed residential homes to purchase and revitalize.
