As a twenty, plus year SBA lender, I have been involved with more than 2,200 SBA loans over that period.  In addition, I have attended the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) annual conference each of the past ten years.  NAGGL is the SBA industry group that presents updated information on changes to the loan programs and I have never failed to learn something new at one of these conferences.

We are lending!  We offer owner-occupied financing under the SBA programs and owner-occupied and investor loans under the USDA Business and Industry program.  We finance real estate, machinery & equipment and working capital, from $150,000 to $5 million.
