Beau Eckstein has a diverse real estate background with over thirteen years of real estate experience. This includes real estate sales, residential mortgage lending, construction financing and private money loans. Beau utilizes his vast knowledge and great people skills to help investors, brokers, contractors and owner/builders create successful projects.
Currently Beau is Managing Partner of Sunrise Lending Group (SLG). SLG is the origination arm of a private money fund specializing in construction. This fund specializes in investor loans for construction, bridge and rehab loans (with over 100 million dollars under management). SLG also has other funding sources, such as: pension funds, banks and other lending conduits in the San Francisco Bay Area. This ensures the best deal possible for Beau’s clients.
Sunrise Lending Group specializes in construction lending and is able to provide customized loans, flexible guidelines and superior customer service. We work directly with several large private money funds to ensure fast turn around and various funding solutions.
With over 40 years of combined experience in construction lending, real estate sales and appraisal, we are confident in what we do and how we do it. We are one of the few lenders today that still offers construction financing. We also offer short term interim financing, business loans and several other niche loans.

CONSTRUCTION LOANS, ANYONE?
We are doing construction loans. We would like to know if anyone else is active in construction loans. We have funds, but not all projects fit into our guidelines, especially commercial projects. We specialize in non-owner occupied residential construction financing. California properties only.
