IHS was created in 2010 and formalized as an LLC in 2011 in Nevada. IHS main objective is to assist, on a best effort basis, in bringing Bank protection to an Investor and/or Lender that desire to Lend on Invest in any development project(s) that are economically feasible. If you have an Investor and/or Lender that may consider funding a project, but the Developer lacks the ability to guarantee the Investors their funds, then we may be able to assist. The Investor and the project must pass the Underwriting of the Bank that ensures, by Contract, the Funds to be invested in the project, prior to investing in a Development Project.
