The Group invests in the 999.9 fine gold market space with 1g, 2.5g and 5g minted 24 karat gold ingots from LBMA accredited refineries. The gold is housed in secure vaults in Germany and is linked to a Mastercard whereby Real Estate deposits can be made in the currency of choice, drawing on the Group's gold reserves.
Real Estate acquisitions are focused on the mid-market residential where the highest degree of tenancy is prevalent.
In South Africa the Group looks to urbanised security complexes under R800 000 with middle class occupants, preferable young professionals.
UK & Europe acquisitions are focused on the Student Accommodation Sector with initial yields at 10% or higher.
The focus in Australia is exclusively new units located on the lucrative Gold Coast and in the USA the Group looks to distressed sales of 3 bed brick homes seeking initial yields of 17% or more.
The Myrical Group's diversified investment portfolio is primarily an Internet Business in a Box driven by a dynamic team of entrepreneurs across the world. Very little face-to-face interaction is encountered as the Systems in place essentially automate the process from Bitcoin Mining profits into Gold and then the 2 tier profits into Real Estate Investments. The profits generated are significant and enables the Group to acquire real estate for FREE; with debt restricted to maximum 70% LTV, the Group merely places a deposit to the extent that the property will be self-servicing after debt from rental proceeds.
