Now, we seek to reach out to other Investor buyers and present these distressed properties. We present these properties through using our "off-marketing" strategies. To enhance our clients' interest in the property, each property type is giving our complete financial and due diligence presentation to further assist our investor clients. Should the investor want to move forward with the transaction, we have the property under our company's Purchase and Sales Agreement Contract, which we can provide to our cash buyer, equity and capital investors. These are commercial real estate properties which we have located and provided to our client investors.
