Commercial Bridge/Hard Money: Commercial Land Development: Entitlements, capital infusion, geographical regions, and market conditions are all considered in the approval process.  With these issues satisfied, transactions can close quickly. Loans are interest only, most non-recourse, no pre-payment penalty and up to 5 year terms.

You seemed to omit that your apartment / multifamily development in Houston was almost condemned or falling apart.

As to you and your partners having high 700's scores... is a big stretch, please review your submission and files, since we do not recall charging you any $8K up front fees either.

The Colony Ridge Apartments are a 212-unit, 20-building apartment community spanning just under 12 acres, located in Decatur, Georgia.
