This group is for private lenders, direct lenders and professional referral sources located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.  Banks continue to tighten credit standards and we are experiencing a continued increase in alternative bank lending.  Loan term will be one year or less with an exit strategy on the project.  We want to move capital to projects that make sense today and next year.
