REI Capital Investments, LLC is a private real estate investment group which is established to provide passive investors the ability to take advantage of the benefits of investment real estate without the challenges connected with direct property acquisitions. We analyze, acquire and manage assets that will produce positive cash flow or a substantial equity upside for the benefit of our investors.

We are actively seeking like minded investors who are looking to diversify their portfolio through passive investing in our fund. We provide a preferred return paid quarterly as well as a split of profits on an annual basis.
