Please elaborate on the seller carry allowed term. Are there any upfront application,review or due diligence fees paid to the lender prior to funding?

Maverick Robinson-Thank you for your inquiry. There are no upfront fees. At acceptance of the letter of intent, the borrower will deposit a sum for third party fees.
Also in addition if the seller is willing to offer a loan to the buyer, in 2nd position, we are o.k. with that. It just can't be an equity loan, buyer always needs to come in with their 20-30% down (depending on product)
