 With a Investment of  $1000 - $ 5000 you become a  Partner (member) in our UK based Private Real Estate Fund LLP containing Top Hotels and Commercial Projects in Top European locations, in the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, (London, Hamburg, Munich, Vienna, Geneva etc.) and other fine locations

We are looking for direct Funders or Investors to participate in our Private Real Estate Fund LLP. The Private Real Estate Closed End Fund containing Commercial Real Estate,Top Hotels and Senior Citizens and Age-Care Centres in the UK, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (Hamburg, Munich, Vienna, Geneva etc.) (Europe) providing secured interest of 5% up to 7% per year.  Compunded over a period of 7 years to 40%+ or 10 years to 90%+ Secured at the Project (beneficial owner) and partnership in the LLP. What We Need & What You Get

At the first stage we intend to raise $298000 for acquiring a Clean not yet traded Public Shell Company listed on OTCBB and GXG. The purpose of this shall be accelerating for getting Capital to reach our Venture.

All Investors which will contribute in this the first stage will become a Partner (member) in the LLP and later on receives shares of the than OTCBB and GXG Public listed Company we acquire and participate on the growing and will receive annual Dividends up to 7%. Full BP available
