Every city and state is different but I know that in my city (Boise, Idaho) fix & flips are still a very popular way for investors to make money. Across the United States, who has funding for Fix & Flips? Which state has this funding?

We have many options available. 70-75% ARV, sometimes higher. Closing in 1-3 days? No. We will get it closed as fast as we possibly can. I see people making claims that just are not true. 10 days-2 weeks? do-able. Do we charge Upfront money? No! Never have, never will. Unethical. 2.  No minimum credit requirements.  We pull credit to review the borrower’s recent history of paying their credit lines.  As long as there is equity and an ability to repay, then credit typically isn’t a big factor.
