Who else thinks there is going to a ton of distressed properties that hit the wall soon?

Who else thinks there is going to a ton of distressed properties that hit the wall soon? Between Balloons coming due, low interest rates, Crowd Funding deals going south and CMBS deals being put into default I think it all add u[p to a lot of problems. What are your thoughts?
