*                      When Pledging Real Estate please provide: copy of deed(s), if not fully owned, please provide most recent mortgage statement(s), and a copy of most recent property tax bill

*                      Application (Attached)

*                      The past 6 months of bank statements for all business bank accounts (all pages including those left intentionally blank)

*                      Asset list (Attached)

Collateralized Working Capital loan: 6-24 month term / daily or weekly payment / pre-payment discounts / collateralized

 

Aggressive Loan Amounts and Best Weekly Payments

 

(Approvals based on real-estate equity and 3-4x monthly deposits)

 

  1. 6 – 24 month business loans (Daily or Weekly payments)
  2. Loan amounts range from $25,000 to $2,000,000
  3. Existing mortgages & liens – okay; Real Estate doesn’t have to be free & clear
  4. No minimum credit score & recent bankruptcy discharges are okay
  5. Custom crafted loans; No cookie cutter, automated offers off-the-shelf
  6. WBL does not require pay-off of other advances; consolidation is the borrowers’ choice
  7. 10+ NSFs & less than 10 deposits – okay
