WATER, WATER, NO WHERE - SCARCE WATER IN HIGH DEMAND FOR OIL WELL DRILLING
We are organizing cash capital groups to own outright - no debt - Manufactured Water Treatment Plants
for use in the Oilfield. Size and cost varies depending on a particular location. Each location will cost about $1,000,000 to $4,000,000. The payback is under one year.
Each new well (over 4,000 already permitted to be drilled in next 4 years in the Permian Basin of west Texas - with more coming daily) requires 500,000 gallons to as many as 4 million gallons of water per well to drill or frack.
People are limited in watering their grass and the lakes are low but the drilling is going full speed ahead.
When they pump all that water down the hole under pressure, a lot of it comes back out when the pressure is released - this water is called "Backflow" and is then contaminated with chemicals and salt water. They pay to have that water removed. We will accept that dirty water and the payment for removing it. Profit Center #1.
That water contains small amounts of petroleum in it. We will strip those away and sell them. Although small amounts - when we are handling several hundred thousand gallons per day (24/7) even 2-3% can be the equivalent of our own oil well. Profit Center #2.
After we strip out the petroleum/oil we run the dirty water through our water treatment plant which cleans the water of chemicals and salt and makes it reusable. So we resell it to the oil companies for their next well. Profit Center #3.
The combined #1+#2+#4 generates our revenue. After paying the operating expenses the Cash Flow will be distributed 75% to the Capital Providers until they recover their funds - approximately 6-12 months) after which time they receive 50% for the duration.
